Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) to bring our island style to your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
If your tropical treasures aren’t quite right, our returns process is as easy as saying “aloha.”
Our Island Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Exceptions (Final Sale Items):
- All items from our Fan Favorites and Freedom Collection marked as “final sale”
- All Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Hats can only be exchanged for size, not returned
How to Return Your Items
- Request Authorization: Email our Customer Aloha Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Include the RMA number on your package and ship to: Freedom Style Shop Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your island gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
