Where do you ship?
We ship aloha worldwide! Well, almost worldwide – we currently can’t deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions due to shipping limitations. But we’re constantly working to expand our tropical reach!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two ways to get your island styles:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after shipping
All packages are securely packed with extra aloha to keep your items vibrant during their journey!
How can I track my order?
Once your tropical treasures ship, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from our Houston headquarters to your doorstep. Adventure awaits!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day happiness guarantee from the delivery date. If your freedom wear doesn’t spark joy (though we’re confident it will!), simply contact our customer aloha team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in your order. In those cases, our aloha team will make it right!
